Should I have both eyes done at the same time?


Whether you have both eyes done at the same time or not is a personal choice. Some people opt to have each eye done separately, because they hope to avoid any possible complications (such as infection) affecting both eyes.

Fortunately, the risk of complications like infection affecting both eye are so rare that the reduction in risk is extremely small.

Most of our patients opt to have both eyes done at the same time, but if you would prefer to have them treated separately, we make that option available to you.
