How do I find the right clinic for me?

The Association of Special Clinics in Germany for Eye Laser and Refractive Surgery g.e.V. (VSDAR) is an association of highly specialized eye clinics whose members are among the most renowned German eye surgeons.

The VSDAR currently has nine laser eye centers, which have been playing a key role in the further development of quality-oriented surgical vision correction and the introduction of innovative procedures in Germany for decades. The non-profit association sees itself as a guide and information portal for those interested in finding out about the possibilities of surgical correction of myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia.

Those who decide in favour of an eye laser centre of the VSDAR can rely on it:

- the clinic has state-of-the-art equipment for diagnostics and therapy,

- the entire spectrum of refractive surgery is offered,

- patients with complex visual defects can also be treated competently,

- all treatments are scientifically documented as part of a comprehensive quality management system,

- both the clinic and the surgeons are TÜV certified, and

- at least one surgeon on the FOCUS medical list is an expert in cataract and refractive surgery.
